How do You Ship?
All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
On average your order will arrive within 7-10 days of purchase. Every order is handmade to order and takes 1-3 days to complete, and put in the mail the next day. From there USPS priority mail takes about 3 days to arrive. I'm sorry but I cannot control delays within USPS (believe me, I wish I could)

- 1-3 days for production
- 3-4 days for shipping
How Much does Shipping Cost?
U.S. Shipping is a flat fee of:
- $3.00 for all orders under 2lbs
- $5.00 for all orders 2-4lbs
- Free with an order of $40 or more.
International shipping is a flat fee of:
- $13 for all orders under 2lbs
- $16 for all orders 2-5lbs
How Long do Custom Orders Take?
Please allow at minimum two weeks for custom orders, but they can go up to six weeks. Custom orders vary greatly on time. It depends on how long it takes us to agree on a final design, if anything has to be ordered specially, and the complexity and size of the project. Be assured though, that I will keep in close contact with you on the development of your project and you can contact me and ask at any time.
Do you Accept Returns? Yes - within guidelines
Regular Return (I just don't want this item any more)
- You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your item
- Returns must be shipped back in new, unworn condition
- Buyer must pay for return shipping
Return because your item arrived damaged/ received the wrong item
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item
- You will be asked to email a photo of the item and the damage/ wrong item
- I will pay for return shipping and email a shipping label to you
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your item
- Your original item must be in new, unworn condition
- Items may or may not be available for a direct exchange (ex: getting a different size of the same item) each material is limited and it depends on stock available.
Returns not accepted
- I cannot accept returns or exchanges because your pet chewed up the item. I will provide 50% store credit in this case if the item was chewed within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns cannot be accepted after 10 days of receipt
- Holiday items cannot be returned, and can only be exchanged for another holiday item
- Personalized items and custom orders cannot be returned
How to request a return/exchange
Send an email to email@example.com with the following information
- Your first and last name, or the name of the person who bought the item if you received it as a gift
- The date of your purchase
- The item you wish to return/exchange
- The reason you wish to return/exchange
- A photo of the item
